-          Prior years answers are pre-loaded onto your web based questionnaire where appropriate.  You can edit them if your situation has changed, or just move to the next question.  Up to 67% of the answers that you gave last time will appear again.  For example, product profiles, previous years' sales and profits.

 

-          If you only want a slimmed-down version of the results, there are a number of questions marked "OPTIONAL" that you do not need to answer.  Depending on how slimmed-down you want your results to be, you can pass up to 55% of the questions, without compromising the executive level reporting on performance.

 

-          To reduce your data entry effort even further, there are two optional extras.  (1) We can enter the financial information for you - under strict confidentiality undertakings of course (the 'Rapid Support' option), or (2) For MYOB users - we can provide you with a tool that sets up your accounts format so that the answers virtually pop out at the press of a button, and you have top quality internal management reporting thereafter (the 'Rapid Complete' option).  A small additional fee applies for (1) or (2).
