In today's competitive business world finding that a 'value-add' in manufacturing is not always easy.
Often it can be found in knowledge developed from the kind of
questions your clients regularly ask. These can form a pattern that
identifies an information gap. If you can fill that gap you are
value-adding to the services provided - adding a new level of customer
service or even creating a new 'chargeable' service you can offer.
The section responds to the many requests received from members for
publishing related information requested by their clients. Clients often
believe that is that if you print it, you must know all there is to
know about any associated obligations.
Some of the most frequent questions relate to obtaining ISBN or ISSN
registration for publications and the requirements for legal deposit

business or identify non-production related opportunities by being able
