They maintain contact with member companies and recruit new companies as part of Printing Industries commitment in fulfilling its role as the advocate and support organisation for businesses in the Print, Packaging and Visual Communication industry in Australia.

 Natalie Sargeant | Executive Assistant NSW Natalie came onboard in 2007 from a Personal Assistant role in another industry Association giving her strong background in membership services. Natalie manages the administration, design, and marketing of NSW membership campaigns, functions and events as well as project managing all aspects of the Annual PrintNSW Excellence Awards. Natalie works closely with the Business Development Officers and provides senior level executive services to the General Manager/National Operations Manager. natalie@printnet.com.au
Brian Haines | Business Development Officer Brian has been with the association since March 1994. He has worked for 24 years with paper merchants around Australia - and says he is still learning! His duties include membership liaison and recruitment, group meeting and function support, industry inquiries and promotion of Printing Industries activities and services including liaison with other associations. Brian is also involved in promoting the industry to schools and manages the annual Trade Services Guide. brian@printnet.com.au
Alyce Wilson | Membership Services & Training Administration Assistant Alyce is your first point of contact for all NSW general membership and training inquiries. As a key member of the NSW team she assists other staff in their roles and activities providing secretarial support, marketing, telemarketing, data entry and communications for the Association. Alyce administers the national membership database and ensures that NSW members’ details are correctly recorded. Lima Lole | Front Office Administrative Assistant Lima is the friendly voice at our end of the phone and is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to our members as the first contact point in our Association for both NSW and National Office communications. This includes the effective and efficient handling of all calls and displaying her excellent customer service skills at all times. Lima is responsible for managing all supplies contracts and meeting room administration whilst providing secretarial and administrative support to the team. Simon Peppercorn | Training Coordinator Simon’s role is to ensure that all of our members’ training needs are met to the highest standards. He does this by managing the development, marketing and administration of your training requirements and matching these through our pre-qualified panel of industry expert training providers that work collaboratively with Printing Industries NSW. Simon coordinates the wide ranging number of training courses and workshops conducted both on and off-site and has achieved strong member participation, loyalty and satisfaction. simon@printnet.com.au
