WHEN BOOKING FOR IPEX 2010

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS

Deposits/final payment
Non refundable $250.00 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due no later than 22 March 2010.

Once full payment has been received by Eastern Suburbs Travel (EST), refunds (less the non refundable $250.00 deposit per person) can only be made if the room is resold.

Accommodation may be transferred to another person(s) in your company.  Airline tickets cannot be transferred.

Amendments to bookings
After you have received confirmation of your travel arrangements and before airline ticket issue, each amendment initiated by the passenger prior to departure from Australia will incur a $100.00 amendment fee plus any fees levied by the airlines/operators. After ticket issue and prior to departure $125.00 amendment fee plus any fees levied by the airlines/operators.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend each participant take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. The policy you choose should include: loss of deposit, forfeited expenses, medical expenses, loss or theft of personal baggage, cancellation or delay of transportation services due to technical fault or industrial dispute. Contact Eastern Suburbs Travel (EST) for your insurance and they can help you select the best cover for your needs.

Travel Documents
All passengers are required to possess valid travel documents. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that you and your party have valid passports with a minimum of 6 months to expiry and applicable visas - please check with Eastern Suburbs Travel (EST) if you are not sure.
