ScamWatch This page is dedicated to highlighting and providing some warning on schemes designed to relieve the unsuspecting of their hard earned money. Information on who to complain to is also provided. Businesses and individuals lose large amounts of money each year by believing and investing in scams devised by scam artists.Scammers are constantly developing new ways to re-invent old scams. Don't be fooled, if the deal sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Scams prey on our desire to increase our wealth or need for health, safety, or beauty. Some scammers can manipulate you without you even being aware of it. Some will offer you things that you neither want or need, but the offer is so attractive it seems too good to let pass by. Every year, unsuspecting Australians are scammed by false promises of lottery wins, once-only offers of instant wealth, or effortless 'work-from-home' jobs.
