Print Sales Graduation is Just the Start - 30/8/2006

Enhanced training facilities, greater transport options and its geographical location are just a few reasons why industry training at the Association’s new Victorian state office has generated increased interest.

Printing Industries graduated its latest Print Sales participants at its new office in Mulgrave last week.

Printing Industries General Manager, Victoria and Tasmania, Ron Patterson, said that following the move to Mulgrave, Print Sales was the first graduation course completed.

"Our new location gives the industry greater access to our courses and to all our facilities,"he said.

“Our training courses provide an opportunity for important networking and relationship building in addition to their primary training objective."

Courses cover everyday situations encountered by sales and production people and help participants with practical and confidence building knowledge that develops both the work and communication skills.

In addition to the industry endorsed Print Sales course, a host of other industry training courses are available covering Customer Service, OH&S, Print Production Management and Manager/ Supervisor.

"Well trained staff are as essential as good machinery if you want to maximise your investment in both and add value to your business,"Mr Patterson said.

Courses can also be tailored for individual workplace delivery. The next Print Sales course begins on November 16. Training courses including dates, locations and online booking form available via Printing Industries internet portal PrintNet.
